1. InNUvation is looking for another Co-President for the Graduate School Chapter.
This position is open to any graduate student in a school within TGS, The Graduate School.

entrepreneurship across the Northwestern community. If you've enjoyed attending our events and hearing our speakers, consider joining our leadership team. A brief description of the Chapter President position is below. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in InNUvation while gaining leadership experience and making contacts in the entrepreneur community. Chapter Presidents
InNUvation Chapter Presidents are evangelists and managers. They are responsible for promoting InNUvation within their school through events that are specific for their school's student body as well as through marketing for InNUvation university-wide events. Chapter Presidents are encouraged to create their own teams at each school to help them effectively understand and reach their student body. The Chapter President's role and responsibilities include:
- Brainstorming new events specific to their school
- Monitor the progress of current events and programs
- Acting as the liaison between the school and the InNUvation Executive Committee
- Attending the InNUvation executive meeting once a week to report on school progress
- Expected time commitment: Three hours per week

1. IP Licensing course
Licensing 100: Commercializing Technology through the Power of IP Licensing:
An Introduction to Intellectual Property and How to Manage It
This one-day course will present the basics of intellectual property and how to organize and commercialize it. The course will introduce and discuss licensing issues, including:
- Intellectual property basics
- Basics of IP commercialization
- Determining reasonable license fees and royalty rates
- Managing licensing risks
The program includes a licensing game in which participants divide into teams and negotiate terms for a licensing deal.
Who should take the course? This overview course is designed for those new to the Licensing and IP field, or for those who want to learn the basics of the field. This includes entrepreneurs and students who are interested in licensing and would like to learn something about it.
